Our High School

As Japan’s first full-boarding international high school (grades 10-12), we are committed to educating intellectually curious, compassionate, and innovative students from around the world who are eager to make a difference.

About Us

UWC ISAK Japan opened its doors in 2014 as International School of Asia, Karuizawa (ISAK) before joining the UWC movement as its 17th member school in 2017. We are deeply committed to the pursuit of innovative models of education that will serve the next generation of leaders in a rapidly changing world.
