Today Nikkei Woman announced its 2015 “Woman of the Year” award recipient, ISAK’s founder and Chair of the Board, Lin Kobayashi. Nikkei Woman is a publication widely read by working women in Japan. Since 1999, Nikkei Woman has presented this annual award to a woman who has made a difference with exceptional accomplishments in her field.
Expressing her joy in receiving the award, Ms. Kobayashi commented, “This award is not accepted by me as an individual, rather it is shared by all the staff and supporters who have been involved in the project, and the teachers and students who are now creating its culture and community. Thank you to everyone for your continued support.”
