Winter break is a time when most students travel home to be with their families. But for some of our scholarship students, returning home for winter break is not feasible. This year, 29 students stayed behind for the holiday, and thanks to a few faculty and staff and some generous supporters, the three weeks provided plenty of fun activities, a few new challenges, and some genuine bonding among the students.
To show their appreciation, the students who stayed on campus over the break put together this video. So for all of you who helped in big and small ways to make the winter break fun and special for our scholarship students, this is for you!!
