Greetings!
The weather continues to be spectacular, albeit with wild swings in temperature. Some days have been very warm, even hot, and others are quite chilly. Evening temperatures are slowly dropping!
This weekend we’re hosting a Halloween Festival for local elementary school students. Last year’s event was a huge success and the excitement is running high this year. It should be great with so many ISAK students to help!
Our debate club competed off campus for the first time this year. You can read more about it and see photos here.
Students sat for the PSAT test on Wednesday The PSAT is a PRACTICE test for admissions to most North American universities. We will receive the results before the winter holiday. Students can use these results to plan how to prepare for the “real” SAT test should they choose to apply to universities in the US and Canada.
On the subject of universities, Saturday students will be attending two optional fairs in Tokyo: a Canadian university fair, and an Australian university fair. We will also be visited by a representative from Waseda University next Wednesday.
