Every evening, Summer School participants team up and put on presentations about their home countries. The first day of Country Presentations featured Palestine, the US and two teams from Japan. The Japan presentation featured a crowd-pleasing karate and aikido demonstration, followed by an introduction of famous sites in Japan. The US presentation focused on the diversity of the US, and it led to an interesting discussion among students about gun control, racism and American pop culture.
