UWC ISAK Japan
Life at UWC ISAK Japan extends well beyond the classroom. The Clubs program gives students the structure and freedom to pursue their interests, develop leadership skills, and contribute to the community around them.
Clubs are created and led by students, connected to the school’s mission, and updated each year based on student interest.
Every student is a member of at least one club with regular attendance across at least one season. Students in Grades 11 and 12 are encouraged to join clubs that connect to the CAS strands of Creativity, Physical Activity, and Service.
Any student can propose a new club. Each club is led by a team of three students (Leader, Secretary, and Treasurer) and supported by the Clubs Coordinator. Some clubs also have a faculty adviser. A dedicated student representative on SNOW (the student council) advocates for students on all matters related to clubs and activities.
